Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig
As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:
- Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
- Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
- Support clients and families to ensure client success
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Teach adaptive life skills
- Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Provide direct care to children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder
- Provide training, supervision and oversight to non-certified staff; model/demonstrate program implementation, discuss student programming and strategies, observe staff implementation of programming and provide constructive feedback
- Provide formal, individualized behavior skills training sessions to parents as determined by the family; ensure session notes are completed, accurate and appropriate, creating treatment plan updates as required, conduct parent training classes, integrate siblings into the therapy experience, communicating regularly with the families concerning their child and concerning BlueSprig business as requested by BlueSprig
- Assist with case management duties related to direct therapy cases; may include but is not limited to updating BCBA on programming concerns from session, having an active role in behavior reduction programming and relaying programming changes to the therapy team if requested by the case managing BCBA
- Create individualized programming for clients
- Graph and visually analyze data
- Provide Parent Training and other assistance as needed to families
- Work in a team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for clients
- Troubleshoot clinical programs and activities
- Maintain all data systems and documentation in accordance with BACB and company standards and requirements; ensure proper protocols and policies relative to documentation and data collection are followed
- Support all compliance and financial regulations, including HIPAA, BACB and ABA Best Practices
