BlueTriton Brands, Inc. seeks a Regional TPM Manager in Dallas, TX
Duties: Prepare and communicate TPM/manufacturing excellence strategy and integrated roll out plan for the South Region including selection of TPM initiatives, priorities of roll out, and locations in scope. Ensure integration with other continuous improvement initiatives. Obtain agreement on roll out plan at the senior level from relevant stakeholders and from the Market TPM Manager. Act as the single point of contact in the South Region for all TPM Initiatives. Assist South Region and Functions in the establishment of the right organization (people and structure) to support roll out of TPM Initiatives according to the company’s Operating Framework and TPM Reference Guide. Drive and mobilize resources and ensure communication across all levels. Provide overall support, assistance, direction and communication to Management Committee members regarding TPM Initiatives. Lead the regional Manufacturing Excellence Steering Team consisting of regional pillar leaders to provide oversight and guidance in the development and execution plan of all TPM, Lean, FI, and Digital activities. Partner with the Market Team to further develop the manufacturing excellence model including governance, support structure, and change management. Train and develop associates on TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma principles, creating a cultural transformation and continuous improvement mindset. Partner with the sites in achieving year-over-year financial and KPI targets through manufacturing excellence execution with a focus on sustained results and capability building. Accountable for overall project management of process improvement initiatives in the South Region.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain or Management plus 2 years of experience leading teams and working within a manufacturing operational environment. Job requires 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Experience working with TPM implementation;
- Experience developing and building strategies and deploying concepts using TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma to solve complex operational problems;
- Sound planning, organizing and analytical skills including identify losses in operations and communicate them clearly to internal stakeholders;
- Experience translating operational goals into actionable plans that will drive the intended result(s);
- Experience teaching others the appropriate TPM tools to enable the intended outcome;
- Experience in project management to drive financially advantageous results in business processes.
- Domestic travel required up to 50% of time. Telework is acceptable up to 1 day per week.
