Lash Technicians must be licensed in the state of Florida. This is a commission based role and as a B Lux Tech you will be provided with new clientele weekly, it is your duty to retain this clients with your professionalism, communication & interest in client happiness. You will be in charge of maintaining an orderly work environment, following B lux policies, being a team player and keeping up with individual and team needs for best shop work experience.BLUX Lash is a very enjoyable place to be employed at with so many learning possibilities which will allow you to grow in the beauty industry.
