Position Responsibilities:
- Work with Hiring Managers to track positions across the company
- Fill vacant positions in a timely manner
- Create and maintain pipelines of candidates that are rich in diversity
- Develop and implement innovative and proactive talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Utilize data to effectively manage priorities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to pro-actively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities
- Seek continuous improvement to candidate and hiring manager experiences as well as the hiring process and the way we work
- Ensure outstanding candidate and customer experience
- The successful Senior Recruiter will identify and implement recruitment strategies and activities to attract and hire top talent for the full spectrum of our job opportunities including both exempt and non-exempt positions
- The Senior Recruiter will be expected to perform under limited general direction and provide a high level of expertise and professional acumen in the conduct of the role
- This is a 100% recruiter roll, must be able to communicate and network effectively
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a formal people leadership role with responsibility for the talent acquisition practices of attracting, engaging, and hiring talent
- Ten years of successful recruiting experience
- Five years or more of recruiting experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) government contracting industry
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring leaders with an emphasis on service delivery and building a true business partnership
- Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret and leverage multiple data sources and effectively communicate relevant information to partners
- Exceptional influencing skills and ability to guide decisions
- Capability to solve complex problems, design creative hiring strategies and drive significant value into the organization
- Deep knowledge of industry best practices, key performance indicators and a track record of achieving team hiring goals
- Coaching skills necessary to help team members develop their capabilities and reach their full potential
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and able to quickly shift focus on changing business needs
- Detail oriented with the ability to simplify and frame information with the bigger picture in mind
- Exceptional communication skills in setting clear priorities and direction for your team
- Experience managing projects/ programs from beginning to end, planning and execution
- Experience working and excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic and growth focused environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience posting jobs in an HRIS - Paycom system preferred
- Knowledge of labor categories is strongly preferred
