Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments with clients and prospective clients, provide marketing support, support 401k plans by handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties: 60% of workload (Scheduling and Advisor Meetings)
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate events and meetings for clients
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy
- Handle customer support inquiries promptly and professionally
Duties: 40% of workload (Marketing Support)
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns on Social Media and coordinate office videos.
- Coordinate Mailings and Workshops
- Organize Small Luncheons
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience in event planning is desirable
