Responsibilities
- Perform outgoing Parts status & TeleService phone calls for the purpose of scheduling customers proactively.
- Coordination with our Sales and Service Team regarding statuses and customer requests.
- Managing incoming service follow-up emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Assist service department staff with scheduling & coordination of mobile pick-up / delivery process.
- Ability to work evenings & Saturdays as need presents.
