We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Junior Fund Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Reporting team. This role is located in Wilmington, DE - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Drafts full sets of financial statements by entering financial data for more complex funds into established templates and/or financial reporting platforms. Reviews work of more junior colleagues.
Provides and requests data and information needed to complete the fund reports.
Conducts second-level quality reviews to ensure reports to not have straightforward errors and reaches out to appropriate team members to obtain needed information.
Maintains records relating to assigned entities of a complex nature in accordance with department policies and procedures and the applicable Corporate and any applicable regulatory standards. Assists in developing processes to improve record management to maintain information and data needed for reports, improving team efficiency.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Associate’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in accounting preferred.
