Cash Management - M3Manages and monitors workflow for a large team, or multiple teams, of Cash Management staff. May also be responsible for managing a smaller operations area with a high level of financial risk to the firm. Manages the daily transactional workflow of a large team, or multiple teams, and aligns teams resources accordingly to complete daily tasks. May partner with internal clients to review and analyze the metrics and standards for the functions service levels.Ensures timely processing and oversees quality assurance. Analyzes and resolves systems and operational problems for a that may be of high financial risk to the firm. Provides overall operations support and direction to existing services, and assists in identifying new services and opportunities. Develops and maintains close working relationships with vendors and industry associates.Responsible for recruiting, directing, motivating and developing a large team, or multiple teams, of Cash Management staff. Responsible for problem resolution and for the resource and activity budget of the team(s). Assists in implementing appropriate staffing models to ensure Cash Management teams have the resources and capabilities needed to complete work requirements, achieve functional goals, and meet the needs of the business.May participate in the short and long range planning to support the strategic direction of Cash Management activities. Manages multiple teams of Cash Management staff. Work is primarily accomplished through subordinate managers.Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of Cash Management staff.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. Experience in bank operations preferred..
