Cash Processing and Funds Transfer - M1Serves as a team lead by coordinating the work of less experienced Cash Processing and Funds Transfer staff. Processes client payments and accruals. Develops, reviews, and maintains departmental procedures while ensuring adherence to established policies and workflow.Understands and effectively uses systems and technology required for cash movement, reconciliation, and trust accounting.Identifies opportunities to improve quality and streamline processing and transfers within unit. Coordinates testing to ensure that changes are implemented.Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Leads support staff in day-to-day activities.Acts a Team Lead for support staff and provides team with guidance on activities, coordinates tasks for the team and checks on work quality and progress. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work and work of team members.High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
