We’re seeking a talented Representative, Shareholder Services to join our Service Delivery team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Supports professional and management staff by providing data related to, among others, financial transactions, account information and transaction processing to be used in responses to client inquiries on a daily basis.
• Processes updates to shareholder accounts. Under direct supervision, assists professional and management staff by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding fund information, services and procedures.
• Provides basic technical assistance to shareholders and assists in responding to straightforward inquiries.
• Responses are fast, efficient and accurate, and are verified by more senior team members.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• High School/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-1 years of total work experience preferred.
