We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Business Planning and Analysis join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY (Hybrid - In office)

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Business Planning and Analysis join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY (Hybrid - In office)
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Treasury Services CoS and offer additional leverage
- Assist in successfully planning, preparing materials and driving the execution for both the Global Head of TS and COO’s leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, business reviews, and various employee forums
- Assist in developing, leading, and successfully executing strategic initiatives and process transformation
- Partner across the business and with cross-functional teams to scale best practices and optimize business performance
- Develop and streamline tools, processes and procedures to drive global efficiencies
- Use analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret data and information to solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively
- Develop business updates, executive presentations, talking points and employee communications
- Build reports and analytics to support general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities
- Dynamic problem solver – consistently utilizes a solution driven mindset
- Ambitious and driven to deliver business strategy transformation
- Excellent project manager, who is detail oriented – understands the nuances that can impact overall outcomes, and has demonstrated success delivering projects on time and on budget
- Strong influencer and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms tailored to a specific audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues
- Team player with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-profile priorities and projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience and demonstrated results in a global team environment
- Advanced PowerPoint, excel and SharePoint skills
