Driller Trainee (Entry Level)

Compensation: $17-$19/hr and paid training!

Schedule: 5-20 days at a time hitches 10-12 hour days, full-time 40 hours.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Driller Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our drilling crews with your semi-skilled labor-intensive assistance. This dynamic position will put you in charge of operating various vehicles, equipment, and machinery, including:

• Transporting essential supplies to and from the drill site
• Engaging in manual material handling
• Mastering the art of drilling fluid mixing
• Collaborating closely with the driller to ensure seamless drilling processes

You will also receive a daily per diem to help with hotel and food costs. From the doorstep to the job site, if it is a distance you can drive you will be paid a flat rate or per mileage and if it is too far to drive the flight will be fully paid for.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year minimum of directly related experience in drilling/mining or heavy labor industries

Qualifications:

• Adventure awaits! Be willing to travel by plane or car to worksites throughout Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Virginia and other states where we do business
• Embrace the open road! Be able to commute long distances for work (300 miles)
• Be willing to work and travel to job sites for extended periods of time
• Journey to different locations! Be willing to work in remote locations
• Be able to work 12 hour shifts for 5-20 days at a time
• Valid Driver's License
