Manufactured Home Park Hiring for Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Person

Keywood Manor MHP is hiring for a maintenance person to maintain the grounds and park-owned facilities. Full-time, rotating on call (nights and weekends) with overtime opportunities..
We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well with-in a team as well as independently. Candidates with property management experience would be ideal. All tools to do the job will be provided.
Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties:
- Basic landscape maintenance
- Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal, etc
- Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs
- Facility maintenance
- Parking lot maintenance
- Working with underground utilities such as sewer and water lines
- Machine and small engine maintenance
- Projects, that may include plowing, digging, painting, carpentry, fence building, etc
- Emergency utility repairs
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- At least 2 years experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience.
- Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation:
Based on experience, compensation will start between $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience. Overtime opportunities may be available.
