Now hiring a front of house manager! Be able to work quick on your feet. Great customer service is required. Rotate between taking orders and making drinks.
- Training and hiring new staff as needed.
- Manage inventory and storage
- Create weekly schedules
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Oversee front of house staff
- Organize staff events and holiday decoration
Prior experience working in a coffee shop, boba store, or fast casual restaurant is highly recommended. Must be able to work weekday morning shift from 10am-5pm. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
