About The Recon Supervisor Role
You play a critical part in ensuring that our Service department runs smoothly. You are responsible for evaluating what sort of work is on the schedule (cleaning retail vehicles for delivery, prepping vehicles for sale or auction, or customer vehicles) and distributing it appropriately and efficiently to the Recon Technicians. Similarly, you dispatch repair work to our Express Service Technicians (oil changes, state emissions and inspection tests, and tire rotations) and maintain an inventory of parts that may be needed for express services (such as oil filters, bulbs, etc.) As direct supervisor of the Recon Techs, you help to lead and inspire our team and perform quality control spot-checks of completed work.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm.
