Position Description
Manages the employees and guest experiences. Has experience with classic cocktails and modern techniques. Ensures beverage quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Coordinates the beverage operations, to plan and maintain scheduling, staff training, events. Maintain vendors relationships, ordering developing cocktail menu. Providing guidance and direction to subordinates and monitoring performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communicates regularly with the General Manager the activities of the beverage area and its needs
- Enjoys making drinks and servings guests.
- Monitors the cleanliness of the bars.
- Excited about training FOH staff on the beverage programs
- Investigate and resolves complaints regarding service guests receives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
