Description

Responsible for conducting all client facing duties as well as general office administration tasks. The

Client Concierge will greet all clients in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and positive attitude, answer

phones and represent oneself as an OrangeTwist ambassador. This individual will possess excellent

communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

  • 1 - 5 years receptionist or call-center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalents
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability and experience in selling; knowledgeable about skill care products
  • Computer proficiency; proficient on spreadsheets and word processing documents
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions
