Body Renew Alaska is seeking a qualified Customer Service Specialist. Applicant should be dependable, detailed orientated, organized, able to multi task, be able to meet deadlines, and able to prioritize responsibilities. Applicant should also have a professional and enthusiastic attitude in person as well as over the phone. We are looking for someone who is a self-motivator and independent worker.
Job Duties:
Assist Office Manager
Answer incoming phone calls
Return member messages within suitable time
Check Voicemail and Email for messages from members and employee
Assist members with questions or concerns
Contact members to update billing
Assist employees with member billing and account questions
Contact members to process any changes or requests
Process member request forms; cancellations, freezes, and transfers
Assist with membership and personal training account disputes
Assist with collection reports and work closely with collection company
Process and submit delinquent report and contact members that are delinquent via phone and/or email and mail
And other job duties as requested.
Experience:
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
Strong computer skills, must be able to type 40 WPM and have Microsoft Software experience
Full time Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
