Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced or Senior Staff Analysts to join the Environment, Health & Safety team based out of Everett, WA.
The Boeing Company's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) organization is currently seeking Staff Analysts to support the EHS team. Everett Site is a large aircraft manufacturing facility. These positions will create metrics, presentations, data visualization, and will assist EHS leaders in running the business. The selected candidate(s) will work with various cross functional partners to communicate risk, actions, information, and decisions.
Position Responsibilities:

Applies processes and tools for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and business partner performance data requests

Provides oversight to the business unit EHS data collection process

Provides data integration and visualization

Develops and deploys EHS performance data metrics

Acts as the EHS Indirect Procurement and Invoices Services Focal

Orders office supplies, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and other EHS related supplies for EHS teams and site as appropriate

Coordinates and performs specific pre-approved business services for EHS Directors and/or Senior Managers

Handles file server, Share Point and computing account access

Acts as the Business Unit-level Records and Information Management (RIM) stewards for EHS teams

Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations

Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)

Develop executive and senior manager level briefings

Be responsible for the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

Maintains organizational webpages and e-mail distribution lists
This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

3 years of experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders

3 years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
-
3 years of experience as a Staff Analyst
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
5 years' of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Bachelors degree or higher
-
Experience with Enablon dashboard development
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4) - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
