The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Integrated Support Program Planning and Management Specialist to support the Cyber Range program. Candidates will be expected to reside in the local area.
This position will support cyber range activities and will directly support the BGS program manager and engineering team in Patuxent River NAS, MD.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and integrates product support strategy into program management.
Incorporates business processes, technical and contractual changes into support baseline.
Establishes and communicates objectives and goals.
Executes cost, schedule and technical objectives for assigned programs.
Integrates multiple disciplines in a manner that ensures effective and efficient supportability execution.
Defines, develops and monitors program status and performance.
Identifies, communicates and influences future business opportunities within the scope of the program.
Develops program communication plans.
Develop and deliver emerging business proposals to meet developing customer needs, and create program plans and policies
to execute newly signed contracts
Executes the Boeing Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) reviews
Develops and assists with support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.
Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in both program physical security and cyber security as they pertain to government program protection requirements
Previous experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams
3 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance Post Start
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active Top Secret Clearance
CompTIA Security certified (or similar certification meeting DoD Directive 8570.01 Certification Requirements), and or the ability to obtain post-hire
IAM Level 2 (or higher) DoD 8570 Certification
Experience with cyber range operations
Experience dealing with Military Customers
Experience building relationships with customers, program offices, subcontractors, and product organizations
Experience working effectively and collaborating within a diverse engineering team in a hybrid work environment
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500
