Under supervision, perform day-to-day receiving and inspection duties by performing entry level Quality Inspection tasks to determine purchased raw materials, hardware, detail parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies meet purchase order requirements.
Perform day-to-day receiving and inspection duties as an entry level quality inspector and other duties as assigned. Must maintain a neat organized work area and practice good housekeeping and safety practices. Candidate must have good attention to detail, as well as organization and communication skills; must be able to function as a Team Member and support company’s goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Basic math computations
• Read specifications and blue prints
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn hardness and conductivity testing
• Use basic inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, protractor, etc.)
• Must be a U.S. Person
Desired Requirements:
• Basic understanding of 3D modeling, such as use of CATIA
• Quality and/or aerospace experience
