Boeing’s Logistics Engineering Capability organization is seeking a System Support Analyst/Provisioner for the Tukwila, WA location.
This role will develop the customized Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR) database and sustaining this technical data products to support aircraft depot maintenance and part overhaul. The focus of this position is to support the P-8 Sustainment Programs. The objective is to ensure the US Navy and international customers to have the required logistics data to perform their critical missions and maintenance operations.
The responsibilities of this position is to creating provisioning data and verifying line maintenance data are accurate and based on authorized engineering technical data in supporting the provisioning Bill of Materials and Maintenance Plans development.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and provide solutions to basic customer technical inquires (e.g., interchangeability, effectivities, technical drawing clarification, product revisions, accurate parts listing in customer product and provisioning) by researching engineering drawings, technical publications and other technical documents and sources to meet customer spare product needs
- Conduct basic analyses to verify the accuracy of maintenance/repair data
- Support development of basic supportability of the SLICwave database and data formats by coordinating with others to identify system requirements, create processes and desktop instructions
- Analyze and implement customer requests to match part configurations and verification by gathering and compiling basic data requirements that are limited in scope, using established processes and procedures
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Basic qualifications:
- 1+ years of Logistics-related experience
- 1+ years of experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- 1+ years of experience reading engineering blueprints/drawings
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in military aircraft logistics or maintenance is an asset
- Previous experience in relational database concepts is preferred
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
