Established and busy West Los Angeles law firm seeking attorney with an emphasized experience in collections matters.  Great teamwork environment with benefits and substantial upside.  We will keep all inquiries and resumes confidential.

We are seeking a skilled Attorney with Collections Experience to join our legal team and to manage collections efforts.

Qualifications:

-Strong experience in/knowledge of collections matters including (without limitation):

·      Writs

·      Debtor exams

·      Judgment enforcement

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to grow and develop a broader practice beyond collections (see https://www.boeschlawgroup.com/) 

-Demonstrated team player

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

-Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

-Handle a debt collection caseload and attend to all court matters related to same

-Manage collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy cases

-Review and approve legal documents related to collections efforts

-Contribute to business growth through strategic initiatives

-Arrange for and conduct judgment debtor exams

-Assists with other duties as assigned

Compensation  –  90k-120k dependent upon full-time commitment or part-time of counsel commitment
