We are seeking a professional and personable Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide support for Employee Benefits Account Executive – tasks will vary each day and week depending on renewal and new business pipeline and client requests.
- Provide prompt, professional, high-quality service to our customers
- Research and answer questions regarding benefit plans, claims, invoices, and employee-level benefit and ID card inquiries.
- Process enrollments, terminations and qualifying events with carriers and Third-Party Administrators
- Assist with annual renewal tasks- marketing of health and ancillary benefit plans through carriers and TPA partners, prepare employer and employee open enrollment deliverables and file updates.
- Maintain group files and client summaries
- Ability to work directly with clients and outside vendors/carrier partners while establishing and maintaining positive relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills.
- Efficient, Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Life/Health License to be obtained during first 6 months of employment
