Work as part of regional support team to provide assistance to business development managers in an effort to optimize their activities and performance in our seven offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Key Functions:
Independently identify prospective Business Development opportunities through targeted industry research and trends to increase regional sales- Manage CRM system in order to coordinate and track Business Development prospects and targets
- Using thorough data analytics, aggregate and evaluate business prospect information in order to qualify optimal prospects
- Synthesize data to propose meaningful, insightful, and actionable business recommendations to business partners
- Business Development event and meeting facilitation, coordination, and follow-up
- Facilitation of sales meeting, reports, and tasks
- Special projects, event support, and other duties as assigned
- Minimal travel based on business needs
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of VantagePoint a huge plus – or demonstrable experiencing managing with data entry, reports and other administrative tasks within a comparable CRM (Salesforce, Cosential, SugarCRM, Deltek Vision, etc).
- Experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries a plus; or similar professional services (legal, accounting, finance) preferred but not required.
- Desire to bring structure to an environment vs. complying with an existing methodology.
- Client-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Transferable experience in administrative field, as well as strong command of communication and organizational skills, software and resources
- Minimum of 3 yrs of experience in a professional office environment

Salary : $46,200 - $58,500
