- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments

- Assist with banquet operations, including set-up, service, and clean-up
- Provide support to the General Manager in staff training and development

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and bartending skills
