We’ve expanded our initial offering of organic cotton sheets to a growing assortment of 300 ethically and sustainably made home items, each one designed to improve the lives of makers and consumers alike. Our company, like each of our products, is Crafted for the Common Good.
At Boll & Branch, we value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy. We come to work each day with a real passion for our jobs because when we do our jobs well, our community benefits. The organic farmers and skilled factory workers we work with are paid and treated fairly, and our customers sleep more soundly on best-in-class bedding. Humanism is at the core of our philosophy for sounder sleep, and we’re immensely proud of the impact we’ve made in our nearly seven years in business.
