In your role, you will:
- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules
- Effectively coordinate and support Health Service programs including but not limited to: Occupational Health Care, involving doctors, nurses and therapists, Workers Compensation, First Responder, Surveillance Audits, Accommodation Review Committee and support Disability Case Management.
- Coordinate the tactical direction and performance of day to day operations for Health Services including daily patient intake and occupational health & basic first aid.
- Maintain quality of care standards
- Align resources to achieve performance goals for programs and department (people, contractors, budget, space and equipment)
- Responsible for the maintenance and security of all patient records ensuring that databases are complete, accurate and available only to authorized personnel.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate the delivery of occupational health care at the site level and collaborate with corporate functions and regulatory agencies
- Act as liaison between employees and management regarding occupational health.

- You typically have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment or occupational health clinic
- You typically have a minimum of 1 year of office management experience and/or program management experience
- You have planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload and team members within multiple project settings
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, medical professionals, attorneys and outside third party vendors.
- You have computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, flow-chart, and web-based applications.
- You have basic knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements, for example, OSHA and FMLA
- You are a licensed LPN
- You have basic knowledge of Occupational Health Care Practices (preferred)
- You are a certified Hearing and Pulmonary Function Testing (preferred)
- You are DOT drug and alcohol certified (preferred)
- You are CPR/AED certified (preferred)
