In your role, you will:
- Adhere to general Bombardier Work Requirements
- Supervise modification team personnel in performance of daily activities. Provide training when required.
- Plan and manage interior projects through all phases of activity
- Act as customer point of contact for all projects and resolution of aircraft issues,
- Develop team and strategy plan for the future development of interior / modifications business
- Inspect interior, quote and issue proposals for interior shop work
- Plan (create W / O and SVO’s) and coordinate vendors, order parts, materials and data for interior projects. Cover for Booth Planner as needed
- Cultivate and maintain a local vendor base and inspect periodically for quality of service
- Coordinate local customer drop-ins and mobile repairs

- You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in performing aircraft interior modifications, which must include 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
- You have an A&P or Repairman Certificate
- You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments
- Confident in resolution of stressful situations
- You have working knowledge of a variety of computer software programs (i.e. SAP, AMS, Pivotal, Microsoft Office)
