In your role, you will:
- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Review and analyzes incoming program change requests (PCRs), statement of work, and impact statements to ensure completeness, documentation, and clarity
- Assist with the development and preparation of business cases for assigned projects to justify program change
- Assist with development of implementation plan for program changes, for example, collect and review business input for implementation strategy, compare commitments relative to business objectives, and ensures committed dates support program milestones
- Collect and provides project data including charts, project milestones, and strategy changes to develop presentations for scheduled governance meetings, for example, Weekly Director Program Steering (WDPS), Change Implementation Team (CIT), and Change Coordination Team (CCT)
- Prepare agenda for scheduled governance meetings

- You have 0-2 years project/program management experience
- You have basic knowledge of process improvement methodology and application (e.g., Six Sigma)
- You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, partners (other sites), and suppliers
- You have computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, project, e-mail, and internet-based applications
- You have customer service skills necessary to understand customer operations and requirements
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize workload within a multiple project setting
- You have a PMI certification - Preferred
- You have an Associate Degree in Accounting or related filed or equivalent work experience - Preferred
