Job Description
The Staff Recruiter builds relationships in the community to attract the right individuals that meet the quality and staffing levels in each region through sourcing, screening and facilitating full-cycle recruitment.
- Support and train Bona Vista Management teams to develop competency in sourcing, interviewing, selecting and retaining the right candidate.
- Must be willing to research and recommend new recruiting strategies such as sourcing, screening, and employment branding.
- Cultivate relationships with key community organizations, i.e. high schools, colleges, workforce development organizations and adult training centers.
- Serve as a positive influence through behaviors, attitudes, and actions.
- Maintain great communication and professional relationships with clients and co-workers.
What we ask of you:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing or Business (Preferred)
High School Diploma (Required)
Driver’s license (Required)
Good Communicator, Dependable, and Compassionate!
