What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Bond Vet?
Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we're looking for a talented and collaborative Graphic Designer with exceptional creative skills and a relentless desire for quality to join our Marketing Team.
The Graphic Designer will report to Bond Vet’s VP of Marketing, and work with the broader creative team to produce all design collateral and creative content. They will ensure the visual brand is represented internally and externally with consistency. The Graphic Designer will support the team in bringing Bond Vet to life through all brand touch points — signage, email marketing, social media, print, events, advertising, swag and clinic collateral.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative Team to create a number of assets both print and digital, that are in line with the brand’s goals and business objectives
- Collaborate and correspond with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and ensure that deadlines are met and on-brief
- Collaborate on design concepts for major brand awareness and go-to-market campaigns.
- Work on multiple projects at the same time while balancing the need for larger conceptual project work
- Assist with the creation of all digital and physical design collateral
- Maintain file storage and organization
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the field, agency a plus
- Experience with performance-focused design iterations
- Detail oriented, organized designer that can collaborate with a team
- Strong design portfolio with a focus on campaign production and digital work
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiar with Sketch and has a basic knowledge of UX/UI
- A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills
- Flexible and creative problem solver
- Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus but not required
- Acute attention to detail and positive response to feedback
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and well versed in the creative industry

Compensation will fall between $70,000-$85,000 annually based on experience
