This role will be responsible for preparing aluminum parts for the anodizing process by racking them onto designated racks in an efficient and accurate manner. What You Will Be Responsible For
- Prepare aluminum parts for the anodizing process by racking them onto designated racks according to work orders and specifications.
- Inspect parts for defects or damage before racking and report any issues to the team leader.
- Ensure the racks are properly loaded to maximize efficiency and minimize potential damage to parts during the anodizing process.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to comply with company standards and regulations.
- Assist with other tasks in the anodizing department as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a face-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials.
- Must pass company background check and drug screen.
