For nearly 40 years, Penrose Truck Sales, LLC has provided expert, personal and prompt service to buyers in the market for trucks, tractors and heavy equipment. We are an independent dealership with a wide selection of equipment to meet your needs, conveniently located near Colorado Springs, Canon City and Pueblo, Colorado.
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to build, manage and facilitate our onsite as well as online sales platform to increase our reach locally, regionally and nationwide.
High Earning Potential - Uncapped Commision Structure
Pay Frequency = Bi-Weekly
Paid Training - Compensation will be provided while training and learning the industry.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and managing a sales inventory via website, social media and B2C communication.
- Provide day-to-day updates to inventory, adjusting all media channels to ensure sales and profit objectives are met.
- Achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Provide support with face-to-face customer interaction as needed.
- Create solutions to sales challenges, customer needs/ problems through facilitating cross functional support and driving execution of solutions until resolved.
- Assist and advance the development of new sales strategies.
- Coordinate strategies with peers to ensure consistent increase and funnel new inventory, ensuring best practices on a day-to-day basis.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience with business development, sales and project management.
- Experience with Scrap metal and Recycling industry preferred.
- Experience with Business-to-Customer sales, highly preferred.
- Previous experience in Industrial/Mechanical/Construction Sales, highly preferred.
- Familiarity with commision-based slary structure preferred.
- Understanding of social media platforms for sales is preferred.
