Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, and Zoom
Capable in developing and communicating customer presentations in-person and over video conference
Equipped with a college degree or equivalent experience and background
Required to pass a background check and drug screen
Your impact :
Produce a profitable book of business by mining leads through heavy in-person and phone cold calling to businesses to meet accelerated goals
Manage an existing portfolio of business while adding new business
Independently develop a consultative sales and retention strategy / execute strategy for acquiring new business and retaining business
Manage prospects from lead to close
Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Cultivate trust-based, lasting relationships with customers by developing a comprehensive understanding of client needs overall
Acts as the account manager, ensuring customers receive excellence in customer service
Acts as a consultative collaborative partner with key decision-makers
Travel within the 60-mile metro required
Work onsite in Bloomington, MN and in the field
Compensation & Benefits :
$65K - $120K potential 1st year, $120K - $200K potential 2nd year
Includes a healthy base salary, lucrative commission opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits including medical, company-funded health savings account, 401k, company-paid life insurance, PTO and sick days
