Project Manager, Creative Operations

We are looking for a Project Manager to to make our creative and marketing pipeline fly!  Key attributes include a love of detailed project planning, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and delivering time against tight deadlines.

The role:

• Track and manage creative projects through concepting, approvals, and distribution of final assets to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects.
• Serve as lead contact point for marketing and creative projects -- attend team meetings,  set expectations, provide updates, and solve problems.
• Help manage creative resources play air traffic controller to increase efficiency and quality of the team's output.
• Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and help unify and motivate colleagues.
• Optimize and improve our processes over time.
• Source and manage external creative vendor relationships (designers, agencies, photographers, producers).

Key requirements:

• 4+ years of project management in the creative space
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Understanding of how creative teams work
• Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines and with different personalities
• Master of problem solving and being proactive
• Content production, understanding of adobe suite a plus
