Job Description: IN CHARGE OF ALL CUSTOM BASKETS AND ARRANGEMENTS ONSITE AND OFFSITE FOR CUSTOMERS. OVERLOOKING AND SCHEDULING CREW TO MEET DEADLINES.

Essential functions

• Customer Service / Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively to the Customer and Co-workers to ensure accuracy and quality of end product.

• Team Work- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with fellow staff members. Providing accurate documentation to the sales team.

• Limited Supervision- Able to follow verbal and written direction and finish tasks without immediate supervision.

• Multitasking Environment - Operating in a fast paced retail environment. Ability to adapt to meet the demand of incoming orders.

Supervisory responsibly: YES

Qualifications

• Great attitude! - Willing to learn and improve upon the company as a whole.

• Knowledge of plants and design of potted plants (Highly preferred)

• Time Management - Managing orders / dates of pick up. Communicating to the sales team and greenhouse team on issues or information needed.

• Customer Service skills Required.

• Clerical experience Required

• Driver's License Required

BASIC FLORAL DESIGN A PLUS!

Physical Demands

• Ability to constantly stand and walk.

• Ability to be inside under warm humid conditions for extended period of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
