Roles and Responsibilities
- Champion the Customer Service Culture at POS as laid out by our Company Standards
- Drive register initiatives including MCC, Autorenews, M4M program, SMG Customer Satisfaction Survey, Donation Drives, Gift with Purchase promotions, and D2C sales
- Train all new Associates on POS and Register Initiatives
- Assist management with customer returns
- Review the Key Metrics and Line Item Discount reports weekly to identify any training opportunities
- Review the MFM cancellation report to identify any training opportunities
- Ensure the At-the-Register and Front of Store product is merchandised to standards
- Ensure Front-End checklists are completed and store conditions at POS are impeccable
- Adhere to all Books-A-Million Policies and Procedures
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Positive background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of all required training courses
- Comprehensive product knowledge

Physical and Environmental Requirements
