Job Description
Job Requirements
- Looks up items for customers and walks them to locate items
- Helps with general cleaning around the store
- Stocks items as needed
- Processes purchases through the registers
- Helps customers to have a positive experience while in the store
- Works weekly to meet sales goals for the Membership and Magazine programs
- Manages the store and keeps it operating properly as needed
Scheduling
- Works flexible shifts averaging between 8-12 hours a week
- Covers management opening and closing shifts occasionally as needed

Starting Wage: $9.50 on hour
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Positive background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of all required training courses
- Previous experience in a supervisor role preferred
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to sit at a computer or desk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use hands/arms to operate keyboard, telephone and for repetitive motion activities.
- Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
- Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
