Job Description:

We looking for qualified mobile repair technician to join our team as soon as possible. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, engaged, attentive, and must have mobile repair Experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Screen repairs on iPhones
• Provide technical support and solutions to customer concerns.
• Provide customer service for customer in store and/or on the phone
• Troubleshoot & repair customer iPhone
• Partner with sale associates to promote the wireless program and sell mobile broadband devices
• Help other sales associates and be a great team member

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

• Driver License & Reliable Transportation (Preferred)

• iPhone Repair Experience (Preferred)

• Interpersonal Skills, Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated

• Must have great attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of smartphone, and other mobile devices (Android, IOS)

• Passion for and proven track record repairing mobile devices

• Proven ability to learn new, and required skills to ensure best possible customer experience

• Multi-tasking, goal orientated, and organization skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
