About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape the future of the Boost brand as we continue to scale. Working on complex issues, you will develop, drive and execute creative strategies as well as move fast and iterate in an agile environment. This is the first design hire and this position will report into the VP of Marketing.

Collaborative and imaginative with the right balance of creative vision, talent to drive well-crafted outcomes, marketing/communication skills, business knowledge, and ability to drive action. You should have knowledge and practical experience developing brand guidelines, pitch decks, and other marketing materials. Because the work is varied and fast-paced, you should be able to confidently articulate design rationale and design compelling creative with a high level of craft.
What You'll Do
- Lead a broad range of design projects, including web experiences, social media graphics, e-books, sales collateral, and event experiences
- Create and templatize our library of marketing assets
- Establish design best practices and tools to support sales, marketing, and product teams
- Keep projects on track, expertly manage personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines
- Approach all projects with a strategic lens—strong systems-thinking and storytelling skillset
- Work closely with our Marketing, Sales and senior leadership to deliver stunning and effective work
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team
- Creative portfolio of work that shows a diversity of experience across both online and offline media
- Advanced understanding of typography, grid, layout, and color
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Google Slides
- Comfortable leading the design of our website
- A relentlessly customer-focused mindset
- Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting a high bar for design quality
