We're on a mission to accelerate the transition to clean, environmentally friendly, cost effective energy by creating the first fuel agnostic energy supply chain. We believe the adoption of alternative energies is slow because of access and we’ve begun to change that with our disruptive new supply platform. By delivering the right fuel to the right vehicle at the right time we create efficiency across the entire energy process. We’ve successfully applied this model to fossil fuels reducing carbon emissions by 1.1 lbs of CO₂ emissions with each delivery. Bio and alternative fuels are next. What you’ll do

  • Work with the marketing team to build and manage the website
  • Optimize for improved volume and conversion rate of site traffic for different business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Rev Ops, Policy and Comms
  • Align with demand generation and performance marketing to optimize our multichannel strategies
  • Determine resource requirements and manage budgets
  • Understand all of our customers and their experience with Booster
  • Understand the early lifecycle of customers from first touch to onboarding
  • Optimize on lead quality to improve sales CVR and velocity
  • Build with scale and automation in mind
  • Work with our content design department to build creative assets
  • Track and report on business results to optimize

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience managing and leading website performance
  • SEO subject matter expertise
  • CRO subject matter expertise
  • Experience testing creative, format, and user experience
  • Experience being the business owner of the website
  • Experience managing a team or agency
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strategic mindset
  • Comfort with cross functional programs
  • Strong stakeholder management

Nice to have

  • Agency experience 
  • Experience working content and design teams
  • Experience working with demand generation and performance marketing teams
