Business Strategy Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Support and lead various work streams in support of a client. Support the client in multiple areas, including program and project management, strategy development, policy analysis, capability assessment, program objective memorandum (POM) development and analysis, decision analysis, and strategic engagement expertise in a team environment. Apply expertise of the client environment to advantageously position the firm for growth and take on a tremendous challenge and gain professional growth opportunities, including developing relationships with senior leaders to support business and team growth. Manage and deliver a broad scope of services to help clients address the full range of strategic issues. Develop, maintain, and grow senior client relationships, leading consultant and project teams from project planning through execution. Assess client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships, manage diverse teams, lead deliverable execution, and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from senior client levels. Lead all aspects of the client and market development process.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in interfacing with mid- and senior-level clientele
-Experience with Naval operations as military, civilian, or contractor staff
-Ability to lead and contribute in a team-oriented environment
-Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
-Possession of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Top Secret clearance
-MA or MS degree
-PMP Certification
