IT Operations Manager
The Challenge:

Every new solution requires an operations and maintenance leader to design and enforce smooth IT maintenance and enhancement functions. That’s why we need you, a passionate O&M manager who can ensure our client achieves success with an ever-expanding user based.
As an infrastructure O&M manager, you’ll recruit and supervise a team of technical professionals to monitor and maintain infrastructure operational status, implement routine upgrades and maintenance, provide technical resources for incident response and management, and provide operational services to support an ever-expanding user base. You will organize and coordinate operations with other leaders and program objectives and provide the leadership to your team for navigating requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in the infrastructure team, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have:
- 10 years of experience in a technical IT operations role
- 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within a large enterprise, maintaining responsibility for a complex technical environment
- Experience working with both internal and external clients, including interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with DevOps, release management, and service-based solution management
- Experience with hosting, managed services, and Cloud services
- Experience with serving as a technical lead for a large, multi-domain program
- Ability to be a focused, performance-driven professional
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Windows, AWS, networking, and data platforms
- Experience working with a DoD program
- Ability to identify and drive strategic technology decisions to accelerate customer expansion and reduce service delivery timelines
- Ability to prepare and deliver performance feedback to assigned staff in a timely, consistent manner
- Ability to coordinate the resolution of customer impacting events and lead root cause analysis investigations
- Possession of excellent client service skills

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $100,900 - $210,700 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $107,200 - $257,500 (annualized USD)
