Management Consultant
The Challenge:
As a general management consultant, you will be directly supporting the mission of supporting research to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases. You will create presentations, take clear and concise meeting minutes, and follow up with the client and program management team to ensure action items are completed. You will manage projects and other ad-hoc client and program leadership needs. You'll be responsible for holding meetings with PowerPoint support and coordinating guest presentations. You will also perform staff onboarding and offboarding and strategize and implement program improvements.
As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll gain the ability to build an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership to help identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.

You Have:
1 years of experience creating executive communications and presentations using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
Ability to communicate with senior staff
Ability to be self-organized and jump into any task or need
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with the federal government
Experience in IT or Clinical Research
