Physical Security Specialist and Secure Space Program Coordinator, Senior
The Challenge:
Booz Allen is seeking a Senior Physical Security Specialist and Program Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating firmwide physical security secure space requirements. The position is responsible for managing the Secure Space Governance Committee meetings ensuring accurate documentation is tracked and managed, informing internal clients of build decisions and status, and facilitation of education and engagement across sectors on the secure space build process. In this role, you’ll manage complex portfolios of facility renovations through all phases of the project management lifecycle and facilitate the Secure Space Governance Committee meetings ensuring accurate documentation is prepared and managed, and clients are informed of Committee decisions.
The candidate will ensure security compliance with government and company regulations, maintain metrics on secure space utilization, create reports and briefings for senior leadership status and decision meetings. This position will oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures for the safeguarding of classified material and classified construction for DoD Restricted and Open storage areas, SAPFS, and SCIF’s. The candidate will provide security subject matter expertise to all levels of the organization based on knowledge of government policies and company procedures related to secure space. Furthermore, the security professional will support and coordinate with the site security team in preparation of Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Open Storage requests and onsite inspections. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
- 7 years of experience with physical security
- 5 years of experience with project management and coordination
- Experience with supporting SCIF, compartmented area, and collateral area life cycle from concept to completion, including planning, construction, accreditation, and mission conclusion
- Experience with conducting or coordinating site security assessments, creating Fixed Facility Checklists, Security Concept Design plans, and supporting SCIF accreditations and documentation
- Experience with reviewing and interpreting building construction documents, including electrical wiring, building methods, HVAC systems, and drawings to implement ICD 705 requirements
- Knowledge of government regulations for classified construction, including security hardware, GSA security containers, access control, intrusion detection systems, and multiple aspects of physical security.
- Knowledge of ICD 705 and SCIF accreditation processes and requirements for various DoD and Intelligence Community agencies, secure space accreditation, re-accreditation, and de-accreditation processes, including coordination and supporting FSO, CSSO, and CPSO to provide direction and review throughout the build and accreditation process
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- PMP Certification

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders ranging from contractors to client senior management

- Ability to travel CONUS up to 25% of the time

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
