Revenue Cycle Project Analyst
Key Role:
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Revenue Cycle Project Analyst to support workflow validation and functional testing to ensure VA requirements are met. Collaborate with Change Management teams to identify areas of impact for training, guidebooks, job aides, SOPs, controls and assessments, and supports development. Manage reoccurring and ad hoc meetings of specific workgroups, including VBA, Pt Access, Pt Accounting, Community Care, and TO Oversight.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data
-Experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports
-Ability to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
-BA or BS degree in Business or related field or an additional 8 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience implementing Electronic Health Records, including Cerner EHR
-Experience with the DoD and VA preferred
-Experience with project management, IT, development, and Revenue Cycle preferred
