Travel Support Process Improvement Analyst
The Challenge:

As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll build an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and team members to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward – and the expected results - to your team. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- Ability to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
- BA or BS degree or 13+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
- Experience with the Veterans Administration
- Knowledge of federal travel policies
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- Ability to work on multiple projects, multi-task, manage time effectively, and demonstrate flexibility in responding to conflicting deadlines and priorities
