As an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Planner, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of an invisible domain of warfare. You use your skills to think bigger and push farther, solving complex problems. We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
You’ll provide subject matter expertise to support strategic analysis and planning efforts for a cell supporting Army spectrum operations. Your sharp communication skills help convey important details to inform our senior-level decision makers via background papers, briefings, and other analysis. You leverage your knowledge and experience to provide research and analysis of various national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, threat and intelligence assessments, integration of partner nation capabilities as well as close coordination with other Service Components, research labs, industry, and Joint Staff. You identify operational areas of concern, areas requiring additional focus, and innovative new concepts of employment.

You Have:
- 10 years of experience in EW operations, capability development, or analyzing policy, and analyzing operational data
- 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component headquarters
- 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations
- Experience with USINDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plans, deliberate plans, and crisis action planning
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and in writing reports, graphics, and information papers
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in U.S. Army Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA)
- Experience coordinating with other DoD entities, including the Joint Staff, Service Components, and non-DoD organizations
- Experience with EW applications and databases such as EWPMT, FADE/MIST, or CED
- Master's Degree
- Graduate of Joint EW Theater Operations Course
- Attendance at Service Command and General Staff College
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
