The Opportunity:
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about supporting the professional growth of our employees through our company wide educational benefit program. We have an opportunity for a program experience coordinator who is committed to operational excellence and user experience.
On our team, you'll serve as a program experience coordinator for the Employee Educational Benefit Program. You'll develop and foster cross-functional team relationships and work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to run day to day operations.
You'll contribute by collaborating with key internal stakeholders and vendors and provide excellent customer service and problem solving skills. You'll maintain responsibility for the day-to-day operations and program management and maintenance activities. You'll update process flows, standard operating procedures, instructional guides, and develop content updates and maintain collateral. You'll demonstrate in-depth projects and vendor management experience, including identifying, qualifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors and suppliers through final delivery. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with a leadership role in a collaborative and matrix work environment
Experience with presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of operations, program management, and content development
Ability to build consensus and solid cross-functional relationships
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with sourcing and managing vendors in support of learning solution design, development, and delivery
Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills
Possession of excellent analytical, client-handling, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills
Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Learning

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
